Visited Cress with Sam - our first time to Vietnam.

Cress was so hospitable - we had so much fun.

We went on the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi tunnel tours and ate lots of pho and yummy Vietnamese food.

Cambodia - Project Khmer Hope 24 to 29 Jan

Stayed there and helped out with student interviews.

Seeds of Hope is the orphanage next to PKH.

Check out the children's dorm.

The compound is huge and it has a pig sty and vegetable farm.

Since PKH trains students for the hotel industry, I was privileged to visit hotels with Beng Geok and Susan.

Cambodia - Meals @ Project Khmer Hope 24 - 29 Jan

Had a taste of genuine Khmer food @ PKH...

Look at the small fish - fried or cooked in gravy...



Bamboo stem and fish soup... full of fibre... :)



And the cook, Aunty Narit, cooking cauliflower with meat for about 20 of us...

Trip to Perth 20-25 Apr 2007

Had a wonderful time in Perth, taking a break from the stresses of life, refreshing my spirit, enjoying God's creations, doing things I normally don't get to do, meeting up with friends...
